Our Mission
The mission of Kidmosphere Child
Day Care Center is to provide excellence in childcare. Kidmosphere
offers a safe, nurturing environment that fosters the healthy growth
and development of our children. Our goal is to provide all of the
children a clean, comfortable, loving environment, where they can
play and learn. Respect toward self, others and the environment
will be emphasized. We believe in the value of both structured and
flexible schedule.
Philosophy
At
Kidmosphere Child Day Care Center, LLC, we believe early childhood
is the most critical period in growth and development. During these
critical years, learning experiences for children must be diverse,
creative, and carefully planned based on sound principles of child
development.

order to help our children develop to their fullest potential, we
believe the environment and curriculum must be created that allows
children to:

Kidmosphere
operates using the National Association for the Education of Young
Children (NAEYC) accreditation standards, and is state licensed by
the Virginia Department of Licensing.
Our Commitment to Quality
Kidmosphere is fully licensed by
the State of Virginia. In addition, we exceed government standards
in many ways:

A professional staff,
including loving and caring teachers and ongoing, in-service
training for all staff.

Child-to-staff ratios
that meet or exceed required standards and allow individual
attention for each child.

A safe environment
that provides far more space than licensing standards require.

Nutritious lunches
and snacks prepared from a menu that combines nutrition with "kid
appeal” and follows the USDA requirements.

implement the National Academy of Early Childhood Programs
accreditation standards

enriched program with field trips and age appropriate daily learning
activities.
